Week #8 Top Performers Recognized

Four former VBL players are mentioned in D1Baseball.com’s Top Performers of the Weekend for Week 8.

PITCHERS

PJ Craig, Rider (Front Royal) – Craig pitched a complete game to win the series opener against Marist. He allowed two runs, one earned, on four hits while striking out nine.

HITTERS

Dylan Winebrenner, Richmond (Front Royal) – Winebrenner was 6-for-10 with three doubles and two RBIs in a three-game sweep over LaSalle.

Jay Campbell, Florida A&M (Front Royal) – Campbell was 6-for-15 with a double, homer and two RBIs in a sweep over Prairie View.

Bryce Fowler, Alabama (New Market) – Fowler was 7-for-14 with two RBIs as the Crimson Tide won 2-of-3 from No. 11 Oklahoma.
