Florida Southwester closer Nicholas Lorenz has been named the Citrus Conferemce Fireman of the Year and a first-team all-conference pick.

Lorenz was 0-2 on the season with nine saves in 17 appearances. He posted a 3.47 ERA and struck out 32 batters in 23.1 innings on the mound.

The Bucs closer will play next as East Carolina.

Lorenz played in the VBL for the Winchester Royals during the 2024 season.
