Sam Brown, Strasburg Express (Gulf Coast State) Brown was 7-for-14 in four games with four homers and 11 RBIs. He was 3-for-3 with two homers, both in the same inning, and six RBIs vs. Woodstock. He had another two-homer game and drove in four runs vs. Purcellville.

Jack Carey, Winchester Royals (High Point) Carey pitched five scoreless innings and was the winning pitcher in an 8-5 win over Purcellville. Carey allowed just two hits while striking out three and walking two.
