Quintana Earns Big South Pitching Honor

Radford's Daniel Quintana has been named the Big South Conference Starting Pitcher of the Week.

Quintana pitched 6.2 scoreless innings and earned the win on Sunday versus Gardner-Webb. Quintana delivered a dominant outing in Radford's 3–0 win over the Runnin' Bulldogs. He allowed just two hits while facing 25 batters, holding opponents to a .091 average. He carried a no-hit bid into the seventh inning before surrendering his first knock with two outs.
