Strasburg's McGowan Named NACSB National Hitter of the Week

Marshall McGowan (Strasbyrg / Western Carolina has been selected as the NACSB National Player of the Week.

McGowan had a huge week with 12 RBIs and seven extra-base hits in five games. He hit for a .454 average (10-for-22) with seven runs scored, three doubles, two triples and two home runs. McGowan produced four RBIs in a gmes three times during the past week.

McGowan is the fourth VBL player to receive NACXB national recognition this season.
